Vinfen is one of the most dynamic and innovative health and human services organizations in the country. With over 500+ locations in Massachusetts and Connecticut, we are a premier provider of comprehensive services for adolescents and adults with disabilities or life challenges. We provide a wide range of evidence-based programs in recovery, supported living, habilitation, education, employment, clinical, and peer support to the populations we serve.

SERVICES WE OFFER

We offer a wide array of services to help people with mental health conditions, intellectual and developmental disabilities, behavioral health challenges, and brain injuries.

MENTAL HEALTH

Residential, Clubhouse, ACCS, PACT, youth and young adult, employment, peer, and housing and homeless services for people with mental health conditions.

BEHAVIORAL HEALTH

Flexible, same-day, and urgent outpatient services available to support people with mental health conditions or substance use challenges.

INTELLECTUAL AND DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES

Residential, day, employment, and family services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

BRAIN INJURIES

Residential, transitional assistance, individual support, transportation, and personal care attendant supports for people with acquired brain injuries.

CARE COORDINATION

Care coordination programs including One Care Home Health, Community Support Program, and Community Care Partners (CCP), which also include the Behavioral Health Community Partners (BHCP) program and Long-Term Services and the Supports Community Partner program (LTSSCP).
