TYPES OF NON-PROFIT ADMINISTRATION POSITIONS AT VINFEN:
The administrative assistant provides administrative and clerical support to team members to maintain productivity. The administrative assistant maintains billing and program administrative protocols, serves as first point of contact for visitors, manages calendars, answers and directs calls to the appropriate party and provides other administrative support as needed.
The billing associate performs accounts receivable and billing duties to support Vinfen’s Revenue Team.
The helpdesk associate works on the IT team to provide entry level help desk support directly to Vinfen end users and to critical internal IT functions. Your work will also include data entry and verification of system jobs and processes, as well as administrative tasks as needed for the IT Department.
The human resources operations coordinator will perform a variety of human resources support functions, including human resources recordkeeping systems (HRIS) and reporting, conventional paper employee records, mandated pre-employment screenings, and other related areas.
The recruiter will focus on the sourcing, screening, and on-boarding of qualified candidates. Activities and responsibilities will include placing advertisements, organizing job fairs and campaigns, screening applicants, and seeing candidates through the selection and on-boarding process.
The training specialist will assist with the development and delivery of training programs and courses. The training specialist also assists in reviewing and revising courses to assure that content is current, reflects Vinfen’s mission and values and is consistent with best practices in Instructional Design.
The quality improvement specialist assists managers and staff who work in programs for individuals with mental health or behavioral health conditions maintain compliance with payer, state, and federal requirements. The quality improvement specialist will have the opportunity to conduct audits online and in person, perform quality monitoring and improvement activities, and train and support staff to use an electronic health record system.
