Housing and Homeless Services
Vinfen believes stable housing is an important part of good health and mental health recovery. We are on the front lines: each year, we help hundreds of people obtain stable housing. Each of our community-based integrated mental health teams includes a housing coordinator who supports people with housing applications, housing search, readiness assessment, tenancy education and move preparations. Our staff are experts in the complicated world of housing subsidies, leases, rental assistance and emergency shelters.
As a Vinfen employee working in housing and homeless services, you will learn about the shelter system, how to conduct a housing assessment, as well as the state and community resources available to help people with housing.
