The Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC), located in Lowell, offers urgent and routine outpatient services as well as crisis intervention services to support individuals and families in a variety of new ways. We provide around-the-clock, 24/7 mental health and substance use evaluation and assessment to children, youth, and adults in crisis or in need of support. Instead of going to the emergency room, services can be provided over the phone, in an individual’s home, at school, or in another community setting.

of behavioral health services.
Individuals can access same-day services based on their needs and what they are ready for. The CBHC provides crisis, urgent, and routine mental health and substance use services, care coordination, peer supports, and screening and coordination with primary care.
