Vinfen extends its sincere thanks to Michael Gallagher, the founding partner of Lowell-based law firm Gallagher & Cavanaugh, for hosting a Meet-and-Greet event on Thursday evening to welcome President and CEO Jean Yang to the Mill City as we expand our services through our Community Behavioral Health Center in Lowell. Vinfen leadership gathered on the firm’s outdoor deck with more than 100 community partners and esteemed members of the Lowell community, including Mayor Sokhary Chau and former Senator Steve Panagiotakos.

Through the expansion of our services and our critical community partnerships, we are working to increase access to much needed mental health and substance use services across Greater Lowell. During the event, Ms. Yang shared,
“I am proud to be part of this phenomenal organization dedicated to helping people living with disabilities and life challenges, who have every right to thriving, dignified, and joyful lives.”
