Program Directors


Ooversee the operational, financial, and administrative operations of our residential programs, meeting the needs of adults living with intellectual and developmental disabilities and/or mental health conditions. The program director will provide leadership and consultation to staff on implementing treatment plans as well as supervise program staf, ensuring that contract specifications and program regulations are followed.


Awake Overnight Counselors (AON)


Provide direct service in a residential setting to help persons served overcome barriers to, and prepare for, living independently. AON counselors help to implement treatment plans and administer medications following Medication Administration Program (MAP) policies and procedures. They also provide crisis interventions when needed and physical site maintenance to ensure a safe, comfortable, and clean environment.


Residential Counselors


Provide direct support to people with mental health conditions and/or disabilities in a residential setting designed to foster independence. Residential counselors work together with the people we serve, their families, friends, employers, and other support staff to transform their lives by either building independence skills or increasing each person’s quality of life. This role includes administrating medication under the Medication Administration Plan (MAP) assisting people with activities of daily living, such as household chores and cooking, implementing treatment plans which are recovery-oriented, person-centered, harm-reduction, trauma-informed, culturally competent and strengths-based approaches.
