VINFEN'S EXTERNAL REFERRAL PROGRAM
We know that in order to transform lives, we must come together as a community. To show our gratitude, we have created an External Referral Program for non-Vinfen employees. Make a successful referral for a qualifying Psychiatrist, Psychologist, or APRN position at Vinfen and earn a one-time bonus for each successful referral.
HOW IT WORKS
- Review our current openings on our External Referral Program Career Site
- Review and complete an External Referral Program Form
- Share the career site or individual posting with your referral and have them apply
- If your referral is hired, you’ll be eligible for a referral incentive after 90 days of employment
Look for the “Notify Me” bell on our External Referral Program site to be notified when new positions are added. There is no limit on how many referrals you can make!
WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
The referrer must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be a lawful United States resident
- Make referrals as an individual and not on behalf of a business entity
- Not be a current Vinfen employee. Vinfen employees should continue to follow the employee referral process
- Not be involved in the hiring decision for the role
- Make submissions through Vinfen’s External Referral Program form. Terms and conditions must be accepted and W9s must be submitted accordingly
- Complete all deliverables for the External Referral Program in full and submit in a timely manner to be considered eligible for payment. External referrers understand that any payments exceeding $600 during a calendar year will result in a 1099 being issued in January
