RESIDENTIAL COUNSELORS
Residential counselors ensure a safe, comfortable, and supported home environment for people with mental health conditions, intellectual and developmental disabilities, brain injuries, or behavioral health challenges in a small group residential setting or an individual living arrangement.
OUTREACH WORKERS
Outreach workers are essential team members who provide community-based services to people with mental health conditions, intellectual and developmental disabilities, brain injuries, or behavioral health challenges directly where they are at in the community to build independence and increase quality of life.
BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYSTS
At Vinfen, Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) act as assistant clinical directors and take on a clinical leadership role by conducting assessments and providing consultation to teams providing services to adults or youth with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, or brain injury.
NURSES
Our nurses truly make a difference in the lives of the people we serve across a broad range of care settings. Vinfen nurses work with people in residential group homes or as part of a community outreach team that meet individuals in need in their homes, at a hospital or rehabilitation facility, or in the community.
PSYCHOLOGISTS & PSYCHIATRISTS
Psychologists and psychiatrists provide clinical services in both residential and outpatient settings and provide consultations to staff to ensure quality, evidence-based care for adults and youth with mental health conditions, intellectual and developmental disabilities, brain injuries, or behavioral health challenges.
PEER SPECIALISTS
We value those with lived experience as vital members of our community-based, residential, and clubhouse teams. Peer specialists use personal experience as recipients of the mental health system in the most constructive way possible to inspire independence and support others, knowing firsthand that recovery is possible.
PER DIEM STAFF
Per diem staff offer support around their availability in residential or day program settings. Per diem residential counselors, day program instructors, CNAs, LPNs, and RNs ensure a safe and healthy environment while supporting independence and community connection for the people we serve.
HOUSING AND HOMELESS SERVICES
Housing and Homeless Services staff help the people we serve navigate the complicated world of housing subsidies, leases, rental assistance, and the shelter system. Staff assist with searching for and applying to housing, conducting readiness assessments, accessing tenancy education, and making move preparations.
