Vinfen President/CEO Jean Yang Appointed to ADDP Board

Yang is one of three industry leaders selected to join board of statewide association representing community-based human services providers.

The Association of Developmental Disabilities Providers (ADDP) recently announced additions to its Board of Directors. Included among those joining the ADDP board is Vinfen’s President & CEO Jean Yang.
Vinfen’s leader since 2022, Jean has an extensive background in health care management, including leadership positions with the Boston Children’s Hospital Integrated Care Organization and Tufts Health Public Plans. She is also a professor at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
Jean is joined by Jenny Duval, CEO of The Nemasket Group in Mattapoisett, and Lauren Solotar, president and CEO of the May Institute in Randolph. ADDP also announced the appointment of Mike Hyland, president and CEO of Venture Community Services, as its new board chair.
The Association of Developmental Disabilities Providers (ADDP) represents 130 human service organizations that provide a wide range of services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), including autism, and to individuals who have brain injuries. ADDP’s mission is to promote and ensure the strength of its community-based providers so they can be successful in improving access, quality, and the value of services in the community.
